WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS

All of our fireplaces come with a 2-year warranty
manufacturer door to door.

If a product purchased from us has stopped working, use
to make a complaint. Contact us using the contact form
available in the Contact Us tab or by email: info@aflamo.shop.

In the application, please describe the problem, attach a video
showing the defect and proof of purchase.

After acknowledging the complaint, the manufacturer orders a courier to pick up the fireplace , then sends it back after fixing the fault.

PACKAGING
Each device, together with accessories (remote control), warranty card and/or proof of purchase and claim form, should be packed in the original packaging, or in such packaging that will provide an equal degree of protection for the device during transport to the service.

We also recommend that before placing the device in the original/replacement packaging, the device should be protected with bubble wrap.

Please be advised that the sender of the shipment remains responsible for the proper protection of the products during their transport to the service.

RETURNS

According to the Law on Consumer Rights of May 30, 2014, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

If you wish to return the goods , please contact us using the contact form available in the Contact Us tab or email: info@aflamo.shop. We will instruct you on the next steps.

The consumer should return the goods immediately after sending the statement, no later than 14 days. The contract shall be considered not concluded, and the consumer shall be liable for any diminution in the value of the item resulting from the use of the item beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.

The returned item must be without signs of use, undamaged, originally packaged. The cost of delivering the returned goods to us shall be borne by the Consumer. We return the money for the goods after receiving the shipment and confirming in what condition the returned item is.
