The contract is considered null and void, and the consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from using them in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. <\/p>\n<p>The returned item must be free of signs of use, undamaged, and in its original packaging. The costs of delivering the returned goods to us are borne by the Consumer. We will refund the goods after receiving the shipment and confirming the condition of the returned item.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Complete the paper returns form. Use the original packaging to minimize the risk of damage in transit.
