Pursuant to the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

The consumer should return the goods immediately after sending the declaration, no later than 14 days. The contract is considered null and void, and the consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from using them in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

The returned item must be free of signs of use, undamaged, and in its original packaging. The costs of delivering the returned goods to us are borne by the Consumer. We will refund the goods after receiving the shipment and confirming the condition of the returned item.

1. Complete the paper returns form. You can find the file here. Failure to complete the form may significantly extend the returns process. Send the completed form to the following email address: info@aflamo.shop.
2. Protect the returned products well. Use the original packaging to minimize the risk of damage in transit. For large items, place and secure them on a pallet.
