Orders placed on working days before 11:00 (paid) will be sent the same day.

Orders placed on working days after 11:00 and on holidays will be sent the next working day.

We offer delivery depending on the weight of the fireplace via the following courier companies:

a) Parcels – DHL courier

b) Half pallets, pallets – Raben courier.

Delivery times:

If you place your order before 11:00, the fireplace should be delivered within 7-10 working days.

Shipping costs:

Package -115 euros
Pallet – 199 euros
